Founder & Chief Executive Officer

Tonya Madison is the Founder and serves as CEO of LAHSI Consulting Group. She is responsible for the management of operations, human resources, marketing and professional development functions.

About Tonya

Tonya has extensive experience in senior leadership roles at Fortune 500 companies and government agencies leading enterprise-wide strategic initiatives, digital and operational transformations. She is a visionary that has conceptualized and stood-up new capabilities in project/program management, performance management, process optimization, product and service expansion for some of the largest US and Global companies in manufacturing, healthcare, retail, utility and insurance industries.

The culmination of over fifteen years experience has led her to develop a proprietary people-first framework integrating core principles from industry-leading methodologies. Her philosophy is to go beyond point improvements to deliver holistic revenue-generating solutions while empowering clients to see, believe and own a new future in Operational Excellence.
